What we collect, and why.

This site has one form. This page explains exactly what happens to what you type into it.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, and message are required. Phone number and home address are optional — we ask for them because a consultation means driving to your house, but you can book one without giving either.

Why we hold it

To contact you about the consultation you asked for, and to arrange and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the business.

Where it goes

Submissions are emailed to us and stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare so that a failed email never loses your request. The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; Turnstile checks the request rather than tracking you across sites.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Records connected to completed work are kept longer, because warranties outlive the job.

Getting it deleted

Call 817-307-1707 or use the contact form and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm it, unless we are required to keep it for an active warranty.
